My Why
Because some memories are too precious to let fade
It all began with my dad.
When he passed away, I found myself wanting to hold onto every little piece of him I could. At his funeral, there were flowers-beautiful flowers that represented so much love, and a moment in time I never wanted to forget.
I couldn’t bring myself to let them go.
So I saved them and made a beautiful keepsake for my mom.
At that time, I didn’t know exactly what I would do with them. I only knew that these flowers had been apart of something incredibly meaningful, and somehow preserving them felt like a way of preserving a piece of that moment-and a piece of him.
That experiance changed everything for me.
I discovered the beauty in taking something delicate and temporary and turning it into something that could be held onto for years to come. What began as a way to preserve my dad’s flowers eventually became a passion for creating meaningful pieces from flowers that carry their own stories.
Today, I create each piece with that same feeling in mind.
Whether it’s flowers from a wedding, a special occasion, a loved ones funeral, or simply blooms that hold a special memory, I understand these aren’t just flowers.
They’re moments.
They’re people.
They’re love.
They’re memories you aren’t ready to let go of.
And that is why I do what I do.
My hope is that every piece I create gives you a way to keep a meaningful moment close-long after the flowers themselves would have faded.
Because the flowers may fade, but the memories they hold don’t have to.
